Full-Time Customer Service Representative Position

Hours:

Full-time 40 hours a week.   Monday-Thursday 8-4, Friday 8-5.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Helping our customers with routine questions about their accounts, has a check cleared, what's my account balance, where did this debit card transaction come from? 
  • Resolving customer concerns and problems, knowing when to get a supervisor involved.
  • Cross-selling our products and services. You’ll get to know our customers and recommend appropriate solutions for their financial needs.
  •  Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

The Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Displays a credible, trustworthy, and professional image at all times.
  • Ability to ask effective questions and provide solutions to customer issues.
  • Solid math skills. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • A high school education or GED.
  • Able to work branch hours.
  •  Able to travel to other local branches to provide coverage as needed.
